How the Razorpay payment flow works, how to upgrade or cancel, the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee, and how to access your invoices.
14-Day Money Back Guarantee
Every paid RankAsAnswer subscription is covered by a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason within the first 14 days of your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund within 14 days
- Email support@rankasanswer.com from your registered account email
- Use the subject line: Refund Request — [your email]
- Include your Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment receipt email)
- We will process the refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method

Payment processor
RankAsAnswer processes all payments via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway trusted by 800,000+ businesses globally. Razorpay supports a wide range of payment methods including:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)
- Net banking (India)
- UPI (India)
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, and others)
- EMI options (India, select banks)
All card data is processed directly by Razorpay. RankAsAnswer never stores, sees, or handles your payment card details.

If your plan didn't update after payment
Downgrading & cancelling
To cancel or downgrade your subscription:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Plan"
- Confirm the cancellation
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and your account automatically reverts to the Free tier when the billing period ends.
Your data — scan history, keywords, and generated fixes — is retained on the Free tier. Only features exclusive to paid plans become restricted.
Invoices & receipts
After each successful payment, Razorpay automatically sends a receipt to your registered email address. This email contains your payment ID, amount, date, and plan details.
For a formal invoice (with GST/VAT details for business reimbursement), contact support@rankasanswer.com with your payment ID and billing address. We will issue a formal invoice within 2 business days.
Common payment issues
Card declined
Most card declines are due to 3D Secure authentication. Ensure you complete the OTP/authentication step from your bank. If the card is still declined, try a different card or contact your bank to allow the international transaction.
Payment successful but plan not updated
Wait 5–10 minutes and refresh your dashboard. If the issue persists, email support@rankasanswer.com with your Razorpay payment ID from the receipt email.
Double charged
If you see two charges for the same plan period, contact us immediately at support@rankasanswer.com. We will investigate and issue a refund for the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days.
UPI payment pending
UPI payments can take up to 30 minutes to settle. If your UPI payment shows "pending" for more than 1 hour, contact your UPI provider. Uncompleted UPI transactions are automatically reversed within 3–5 business days.
